Anyone who doesn't remember the 80's is GROUNDED.

Go to your rooms.

And? You're not allowed to play with my Dukes of Hazzard Wrist Racer.

...Did they really?

I guess I'm not as conflicted as I thought.

Either that, or I'm just the result of being REALLY behind on EVERYTHING because I lived in the bum-fuck middle of no where.

I'm the middle child, and my siblings are boys, and I was raised by a single-parent father.

I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE MY LITTLE PONY. I was constantly defending them from G.I. Joe, oh, maaaaaan.

*comments with situationally-appropriate character, lol*

I was the weird kid, making my G.I. Joes ride My Little Ponyback. While my Transformers and Rainbow Brite stared on in horror.

Oh, I so miss the Eighties.

Hey, there was a point in time where I thought some of the Ponies in one of the movies were cannibals and were eating the other Ponies.

We're all good.

We are, indeed, all good.

Especially since I vaguely remember the pony movies and I think I know which one you're talking about it.

They were all chained up in the dark, evil castle! And, clearly, when the weird dragon things kidnapped more Ponies, they were obviously bringing them in to feed all the chained up, rabid ones in the dungeons!

...Interestingly, I don't remember anything about what else happened in that movie. Who cared? APPLEJACK WAS A CANNIBAL. OM NOM NOM.

OM NOM NOM.

I REMEMBER THAT MOVIE.

I watched it within the past couple of years, actually.

Oh, how I miss my youth!

That's not weird. WEIRD would be She-Ra, My Little Ponies, Transformers, and assorted other action figures living in Lego houses and occasionally fighting each other. My brother, sister, and I all played together every now and then.

I had Lego houses, too! But no She-Ra doll. My parents didn't want to get me one. D:

So Mr. Potatohead took her place! By the power of Greyskull!

Believe it or not, we made do with only one Mr. Potatohead for three kids. AND it was a hand-me-down that was missing some parts.

My Potatohead was missing an ear, and he came with interchangeable Mrs. Potatohead parts.

So I'd just wear her weird bright yellow rubber earrings and put those lips over my own. :D

The Turtles really span the two decades. I absolutely count them as an 80's thing because the classic episodes were really from then, but the movie was from 1990. So it has to count as both.

When the movie came out, I thought all the songs to it were really awesome.

Like the Turtle Power one.

Do not make me start singing bits of it at you.

Ninja! Ninja! Rap!

(Yes, I know that's from the second movie, and it's Vanilla Ice, but come on, this is from SOKKA'S account, after all.)
